Modist Home Design, LLC is a staging and interior decorating company which services the Metro Atlanta area. The owner, Alyssa Preslar, started Modist to offer homeowners and fellow real estate agents an easy hassle-free full service experience to get their homes sold fast and for top dollar! 

Alyssa has always had a passion for interior design so in addition to staging services, Modist Home Design also offers a full service Interior Design experience for homeowners, builders and/or flippers that want to elevate their home(s) to the next level and on budget! Alyssa also holds a Georgia Real Estate License which gives her a competitive edge when it comes to knowing the market and demand. Alyssa has experienced first-hand professionally staged homes sell faster.
